Service Providers & Processing Partners
We share necessary information with our processing partners — including Fiserv, CardConnect, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. — to establish and maintain your merchant account. These partners are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
Card Network Requirements
As a registered ISO of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., we are required to share certain merchant information with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover in connection with card acceptance programs.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory demand, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MBI, our customers, or the public.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Our payment processing infrastructure is PCI DSS compliant. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Merchant account records are generally retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by banking regulations and card network rules. Website contact inquiries that do not result in a merchant relationship are retained for two (2) years.
When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Our website and services are intended for business use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
