Send us one statement.

We'll read it line by line and tell you exactly what you're paying — which fees are interchange, which are markup, and which ones you shouldn't be paying at all. Then we'll tell you what it should cost.

Most merchants have never had anyone explain their statement to them. That's not an accident — these documents aren't built to be read.

How it works

  1. You send one statement

Your most recent monthly statement, all pages. A PDF from your processor's portal is ideal; clear photos of the printed pages work too.

  2. We read it

We separate interchange and assessments — the costs no processor controls — from markup and add-on fees, which are the part that's actually negotiable.

  3. We call you back

A plain-English walkthrough of where your money goes and what the same volume should cost. Whether you do anything with it is up to you.

Before you send

What we need

  • Your most recent monthly processing statement, every page including the fee detail
  • A phone number so we can walk you through it
  • That's all — no application, no credit pull, no equipment discussion

What not to send

  • Never send full card numbers, cardholder names, or security codes — we don't need them and shouldn't receive them
  • No bank account or routing numbers
  • If your statement shows any of these, black them out first

Not ready to send a statement?

Run the numbers yourself first — no email, nothing to upload.
